What is this?

After 6 seasons of Fly vs Jerk, it is very clear that fiy fishing sometimes is an outstanding technique in the hunt for the pike - catching both a lot of them and many times the big ones too.

This one is tied in the Search and Destroy pattern which definately is one of our favorite allround patterns for any kind of water or weather condition. The overall white/black color theme gives it a quite natural look in the water but the flourescent orange/red belly and high contrast black stripes makes it a bit easier for the pike to see and triggers their strike instincts...

This pike fly is tied on tube and is supposed to be rigged with a Bauer Pike Rig. To give it a more jigging action, try to put an XXL Cone Head on the leader in front of the fly. Try to rig it with a Wiggle tail to make it even more attractive to the pikes!
