Sales position for YouTube channels

 

Kanalgratis is a multinational media and entertainment concern with strong ties to the sportfishing trade, based in Sweden. We are specialized in YouTube and we are by far the market leader in Europe. The same part of the concern also operates companies in manufacturing, e-commerce, recruiting and trade, our oldest entity is 18 years old. Kanalgratis is owned by the LCS concern which  only have one individual owner. We currently have 150 employees spread out over six countries.

 

Your place in this group will be to handle incoming sales and partner relations for kanalgratis YouTube channels. Generate new relations locally on the Swedish market and on the global European market such as France, Holland and Germany. (You do not have to live in these countries, but Europe) You will first and foremost sell services and not physical products to begin with. For the right individual both products and services can be of question.

 

You will need to have had prior sales experience but not necessarily in the sportfishing industry. You will visit a few trade shows every year. You will be able to work from your home or office location in Stockholm once the onboarding process is completed. You need to speak and write a minimum of two languages, English +1. You don’t have to be stationed/resident in Sweden, but somewhere in Europe.

 

This is a phone, e-mail and presentation based sales position. Your presentation techniques will be thoroughly tested. You should be able to (within a very short time of preparation) be able to pitch a service or media reach package before a panel. Our products are refined and developed for over a decade and are very popular. We’re hiring because our current sales are at max capacity and we have a fast growing stock.

 

You will plan your work month by month. You must be the type of character who can uphold and maintain yourself with short but distinct follow ups from the ceo. The sales reps we have today in the concern juggle accounts ranging from 1 - 3 million euros per person. You should be prepared to comfortably to speak to market directors and decision makers holding budgets of millions of euros. You understand the basics of human psychology involved and decision making. You can show us list of books you have read or classes you have taken in the art of sales.

 

Interviews take place in stages, position starts as agreed upon hiring. Sales of this sort can have long lead times, therefore your personality type must lean towards disciplined and organized characteristics. A personality test is mandatory for this position.
